exceptional Artists, and as an ancillary service
for my consulting clients.
Artists
are very special individuals with specific representational
needs. I take this very seriously and seek not
only to sell the Artists work, but to create
relationships with all logical opportunities
for the Artists success and growth.
All
Representation agreements are created with a
specific Artist's needs and written specifically
for that Artist. This is why an in-depth interview
process is always the first step in forming
the most value creating agreement.







All
Artists have different needs when it comes to
their relationship with Collectors. Some enjoy
tremendous involvement in the initial contact,
especially when committing to a commission.
Most often, once the initial bond and understanding
have been made, the Artists seeks "private"
time and isolation to develop and delve completely
into the creative process. This can be a time
of great frustration to patrons and collectors
whose excitement and need for involvement is
also strong. As intermediary, TLK fine art provides
the perfect interface to keep the Artist working
productively and focused while also providing
clients with progress reports and even scheduled
visits, where all can be comfortable and fulfilled.
Basic Contribution Structure:
Agency through other Gallery = 10% of Sale
Representation direct to Client = 15% of Sale
Dealer/Gallery at T L K venue = 25% of
Sale
